Committee and Governance

GVSA is a registered charity run by a committee of trustees who are legally responsible for its operation.  Our constitution sets out the way in which the Association is run.

All parents and carers of pupils, as well as staff at the school, automatically become members of the Association and are entitled to vote at our Annual General Meeting.  The business of the AGM includes the election of the committee each year.

The committee meets throughout the year, and minutes of those meetings can be found on this page.  In addition, the committee organise a number of all-member meetings during the course of the year.
